Q - Why is the file size in the game description?

A - We put the file size in the game description so that this will give you a better idea on how long it will take to download and play a game. E.g. If the game size is 3Mb then it could take 10 mins. or more to start the game with a dialup connection. (Remember that a sometimes good things do come in small packages! Just because a game is 10Mb does not mean its all that)

Q -How do I add an aviator to my account?

A - After your logged in click on settings then click on edit aviator. You can choose from 100's in our gallery's or if you would like you can upload your own aviator or a photo. Note: The maximum file size you can upload can be no bigger then 40Kb in size!

Q - Why can't I sign-up for an account!

A - When registering did you check the agreement box? Are you sure you don't already have account? If that does not work then theirs a chance that your IP address has been banned in our arcade. Please contact us below.

Q - Why won't a game load?
There can be many reasons for a game not loading starting. Below are a few ways you can try to solve this issue. (Note: All game are in .swf or Shockwave format)

A1 - Make sure you have the latest version Shockwave installed on your computer (9077Kb). You can get it here

A2 - All games have been tested in the latest of version of IE (Internet Explorer). You can download it here..

A3 - All games have been tested in the latest of version of Firefox. Try downloading Firefox browser (5.7Mb). You can get it here.

A4 - You may have a firewall turned on which is preventing the game from downloading. Look in your programs and make sure that e.g. Norton's AV's firewall is correctly set or someother firewall program is not preventing games from loading.

Q - Why won't the game save my score?

A1 - You may not be logged in or not a member of alexclicks.com

A2 - Try restarting you browser

A3 - Try using a different browser (all games tested in IE)

A4 - Try clearing you cookies. (Look at the help for the OS you are using "Windows" or "OS" and how to deal with cookies)

A little bit about tournaments
Any member can create a tournament. This is a fun way to get friends involved and seeing who can be the in any game you want

Q - Tournaments, how do I start one?

A - On main menu above the shoutbox click on Tournaments. There you will see a list of games already started at the bottom of the list you will see a link called "Create A Tournament"
Now you will see Create A Tournament with a game dropdown menu. Scroll down the list and find the game you want to play. Next choose the number of players you want to play in the tournament, (2, 4, or 8 Players). The choose a scoring method, Choices are winner by highest score or average score. And last choose the number of scoring attempts (1 to 10).
Lastly click the Create Tournament link and then you done. Now challenge your friends.

Q - Why games don't work the same in full screen mode?

A - Some games work much better when played in the size the game was designed in. If game seems to be running slow or bogging you computer down just restart the game in the arcade in normal mode!

Q - About the Arcades members preferences

A - To see members preferences click on "Settings" when your logged in. Under Arcade Settings click on "Preferences".
There you have 5 options for your members account!
1. Show My e-mail publicly in my profile? Yes/No
2. View the Shoutbox? Yes/No
3. Games & Shouts per page? Choose how many you want to see on the page.
4. View the Arcade header? Yes/No
5. Allow other members/the admin. to contact you by E-mail? Yes/No
